Dear Sir or Madam.

I am writng this letter to complain about the problem that is so importan for Toluca right now, I am extremely disappointed with the acumulation of the garbage in the streets.

I would appreciate it if you could find the origin of this issue, the people throw the garbage in the streets and they don’t use the garbage can. I wolud be grateful if you could change that and create a law.

I am enclosing this letter with some photos of some contaminate areas for your reference. I hope this, please.
