Dear Sir o Madam.

I am writing this letter to complain about the important issues that contamination is, in my community are not a program about the care of environment, and the problem is getting worse.

The people do not care about were the garbage goes, to make this matter worse it contaminates the water and some of the waste it takes a lot of time to degrade. I am extremely disappointed with this issue.

I am enclosing this letter with some photos of some contaminate areas for your reference. I hope this matter can be solved.

I am writng this letter to complain about the problem that is so importan for Toluca right now, I am extremely disappointed with the acumulation of the garbage in the streets. I would appreciate it if you could find the origin of this issue, the people throw the garbage in the streets and they don’t use the garbage can.
